A true legend of Britain’s ever adapting musical landscape, Mike Skinner’s esteemed hip-hop project ‘The Streets’ is returning to the capital this Summer for a South West Four debut. Almost two decades have passed since 2002’s ‘Original Pirate Material’ forever changed the UK’s underground scene, and given that The Streets’s following four albums defined the sound of the 2000’s, it’s only suitable that they return to set the standard for the 2020’s at the first SW4 of the decade.

Last year saw the group sell-out the established O2 Academy Brixton for a three-night full-throttle reunion, as well as delivering a no holds barred roadblock closing set at Glastonbury festival. 2020 is sure to continue the unstoppable victory lap for Skinner, and with new music gracing systems around the country, including the Drum and Bass blitzer ‘Take Me as I Am’ with Chris Lorenzo, The Streets aren’t taking this return lightly…
