Madam X is one of the hottest names on bookers lips, after this decade making her moves in the industry and cementing her name at the forefront of the ever-increasing dance music scene. She made her name in Manchester after co-founding label and club night BPM, which built herself a reputation for her own DJ sets and paved the way for a series of BBC 1Xtra slots and she has supported acts such as Diplo. Her performances are an eclectic style of grime, techno, bass, house and garage holding no limits or boundaries.
The DJ/Record Label boss whose hand-guided the Manchester club scene since 2011 is returning to the Common after her outstanding debut at SW4. Ever since Madam X started the now integral Manchester club night ‘BPM’, she’s become a crucial figure in the development of one of the UKs liveliest dance music scenes. Since then, she’s started her own label, Kaizen, which has releases purely pumping bass bangers from her Manc music family, and has taken the sound around the world, a highlight being her legendary Outlook Festival boat party. We’re thrilled to have Madam X back in Clapham, and given the scenes last year, we know she’s going to bring the heat once again in 2019.
