Bluku Bluku! The grime general D Double E is heading to Clapham Common this summer to clean up house at SW4 2020. It’s hard to see a the UK’s hip hop/grime scene being where it is today without the lyrical power of the almighty D Double, who’s time in N.A.S.T.Y alongside the likes of Ghetts and Kano, The Newham Generals with partner in rhyme Footsie and as a solo artist have provided the scene with some of its most lauded and memorable moments. Nowadays, D Double E is a bona fide legend in the UKs underground culture – causing stirs in all walks of music with appearances on records from the likes of Wiley, Watch The Ride (Die, Dismantle & Randall) and Gorgon City. His lyrics are chanted around the country, be it at a jungle, grime or garage rave, or even at an Ikea ad, and this summer he’s bringing it all the South West Four!
