It is safe to say that the clock is well and truly ticking to South West Four 2010. With a mammoth lineup including the likes of Fatboy Slim, Armin van Buuren, Salt ‘N’ Pepa, Carl Cox, Erick Morillo, Sasha, John Digweed, Dirty South, Chris Lake, Mark Knight, Skream & Benga, Boys Noize and Erol Alkan, SW4 looks set to illuminate Clapham Common over the August Bank Holiday weekend. And once the sun goes down, there's only one place to be, the world famous Ministry of Sound for this year’s official SW4 after parties.

On day one (Saturday 28th August) SW4’s official after-party is hosted by Wonderland and headlined by two of the biggest names in house music. Firstly we welcome the voice of dance music, the legend that is Radio One's Pete Tong and a man who is making serious waves across the globe with his energetic and unique sound, head of Toolroom Records and the infamous Toolroom Knights, Mr Mark Knight!

Pete Tong really needs no introduction when you talk about global electronic music. His history is inextricably intertwined with the history of acid house and electronic music itself and his career mirrors the story of dance music over the last 25 years. His night Wonderland has featured some of the biggest acts on the planet at every one of their events over the past three years. A huge fan of SW4, Pete presents the ultimate ‘back to mine’ session as he hosts the official after-party to this year’s festival.

In addition to Pete Tong, Wonderland welcomes Mark Knight, another heavyweight who has taken the house world by storm over the last few years! With productions literally reaching the four corners of the planet, being played by DJs and listened to by clubbers all over, it’s no surprise why Mark is one of the hottest DJs around right now! His Toolroom Knights residency at Ministry of Sound, has elevated his label into the premier league and helped in staging further events at Cocoon in Frankfurt and Space in Miami. Mark is now at the top of his game with Toolroom becoming the biggest selling label on Beatport in 2009 and having signed music to the imprint from the biggest artists in the industry including Deadmau5, David Guetta, Fatboy Slim and Faithless.

The icing on the cake to a magnificent day, this is the only place to be seen once the curtain is drawn on SW4. A winning combination if ever we saw one, we hope you can join Pete and Mark as we carry on the party well into the early hours.

On day two (Sunday 29th August) of SW4 we present SW-MORE headlined by two of the biggest DJ partnerships in underground house and techno who play the Ministry for the very first time. Having earlier rocked the spectacular Carl Cox & Friends stage at SW4 alongside Carl Cox, Dubfire, Vitalic and Adam Beyer, we are delighted to welcome to the Ministry’s incomparable Box room Layo & Bushwacka! and M.A.N.D.Y.!

Layo & Bushwacka! are one of electronic music’s most esteemed DJ duos. Their mix albums and international club residencies have shown they are masters of the turntables, sonic connoisseurs who can guide a dance floor on an epic journey through the many facets of their sound. Their label Olmeto meanwhile has become a bastion for quality, a label that, much like its figureheads, has become a rubber stamped seal of class. As one of the founding fathers of the London tech-house scene they have been at the forefront of underground clubbing in the capital for over fifteen years. Their monthly gig at The End (RIP) was recognised as one of dance music’s most revered nights, whilst their fantastic Shake It! warehouse parties have been amongst London’s best nights over the past two years. Having NEVER played London’s most famous club of all, the Ministry of Sound, we are thrilled to welcome this groundbreaking double act to the controls of the mindblowing Box.

In addition to Layo & Bushwacka! SWMORE welcomes another of the most influential double acts in underground music to play their first ever gig at Ministry of Sound; the awe-inspiring M.A.N.D.Y. Patrick Bodmer & Phillip Jung have carved out a unique niche for themselves in electronic music off the back of excellent productions, in-demand remixes, top-notch mixing skills, and a knack for signing some of the best electronic producers (alongside their friends DJ T and Booka Shade) for their label Get Physical. Like Layo & Bushwacka! they have headlined London’s best nightclubs over the years but have never played the Ministry of Sound. This is one for the history books people!

To round of this impressive line-up, Minus artist Matthew Dear joins Ministry’s main room line-up. Having produced music under aliases such as False, Jabberjaw and Audion, the Texan has earned international status by packing out venues across the world and releasing universally praised original productions. Mattehw Dear is the ideal candidate to join Layo & Bushwacka and M.A.N.D.Y. as the South West Four festival experience continues into the early hours.

A fantastic night to cap off a magnificent weekend, this is the only place to be seen once the curtain is drawn on SW4. A night of firsts for two of the leading lights in underground electronic music as they bring their trademark sound to one of the world’s finest main rooms. SW4 becomes SWMORE. Don’t miss it!
